Excellent app, amazing professional support!
The app works great for cash on delivery (COD). Even though I experienced some bugs with the latest update and found the standard support a bit slow at first, the Product Manager personally stepped in to fix the situation. They provided an incredibly generous solution and showed true professionalism. It’s rare to see a team care this much about customer satisfaction. 5 stars!

Las funcionalidades de esta aplicación han solucionado un montón de problemas y limitantes que tenia trabajando directamente desde el checkout de Shopify para una tienda en Perú. Su soporte técnico siempre ha estado muy predispuesto a ayudar y solucionar, sin embargo espero que pronto puedan desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades que ayuden a mejorar mi negocio.

sería bueno que los desarrolladores pudieran modificar el upsell post venta en donde el cliente no tenga la necesidad de volver a confirmar su pedido, pues eso hace bajar la conversión. Lo ideal sería que el upsell post venta el cliente solo CONFIRME o RECHACE el upsell.

En cuanto a la atención del ejecutivo todo bien.

Pero en resumen sería bueno ir haciendo mejoras en pos a los que nosotros los clientes vayamos requiriendo. Esto que les comento más de un dropshiper tambien lo hemos conversado.

Y por último información importante como avisarnos a que nos cambiemos de plan, etc. Sería bueno que nos enviaran un whatsapp o inclusive un mensaje de texto, ya que los correos llegan muchos mensajes e información importante se va quedando atrás. Pues me pasó ahora que en toda la noche no entró ninguna venta

I initially thought the app had an issue because Purchase events were not appearing in Meta Event Manager.

After working with support, it turned out that I had configured the Pixel ID incorrectly on my side. Edin thoroughly investigated the issue, performed several tests, identified the root cause, and helped me fix the setup.

The Purchase event is now working correctly and all events are being tracked properly in Meta Event Manager.

Excellent support, great communication, and a very professional approach throughout the troubleshooting process.

Testei varios e este é o melhor, mas e mais complicado de configurar, parece que o tutorial de configuração esta desatualizado, é de versões anteriores.

Hola. Esta es la aplicación para tener tu formulario de pedidos de pago contra entrega. Se puede pedir facil los datos a cada cliente. El soporte es rapidisimo y 24/7. Agradecimiento especial a la soporte Angélica que me resolvió rapido algunas cosas que necesité en plena operación.

Si no se algo o no encuentro algo, me ayudan rápidamente a encontrarlo y/o solucionarlo.
