I didn't realize that I had exceeded the free plan limit, I promptly signed up for the paid plan and called support, they recovered all the sales from the period that my forms were "inactive". I thought I had lost all the sales! They resolved it very quickly. I recommend.

great app and support service is exceptionally good. I just wish more advancement in analytics feature. wish to get analytics data in my time zone and day wise or custom date wise breakdown for the conversion funnel data.
