Releasit COD Form & Upsells

We started using Releasit COD Form just recently and the experience so far is really good. First, I found it really easy to set it up, with no previous experience and knowledge of this app, I was able to easily set up the form (the popup) and not just set it up, but also customize it to my needs -- BTW, it has really nice functionality in terms of customization, which I love!

Secondly, we ran a selling campaign while we were on the Free Plan which only allowed us 60 orders. Later we discovered that there were much more orders, which didn't go through because of the 60 orders limit. BUT, and here goes a big thumbs up to Releasit team, once we contacted the support, they successfully restored the remaining orders.

So you can imagine how thrilled we were when we realized that we in fact had 3 times more orders, but they just didn't go through because of our mistake... Now that we are using the higher Plan, everything works fine.

The fact that the orders were recorded and stored by Releasit is such a nice feature! Really nice!

We wanted to implement a database with their plugin, so we contacted customer support, and they resolved everything in just 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to respond. If I had my own programmer, I don't think they could have resolved the situation as fast as they did. Kudos to the support team, as well as to the plugin itself. It's doing an excellent job, and I hope they continue to improve it further.

Amazing app, does us a huge favor for an affordable price. no need to pay until you get a good amount of sales per month. Recommended !

Visible, dramatic increase in Conversion Rate versus standard Shopify checkout. Highly recommend if you are selling to unsophisticated customers or in countries that need some adjustment for standard address fields, will increase the customer experience. Quote from a returning customer: "First time I tried to check out last month but I did not know my postal code, so I had to drop the cart. So glad to see that you solved that" - Releaseit COD solved it, in fact. :)
Really easy to configure, superb real-time knowledgeable support, with hands-on interventions to help if you can not configure by yourself.
You will miss some standard Shopify functions with the app though (abandoned baskets, live customer behaviour), but nothing that can not be compensated by the increased conversion rate and customer experience.
