Really impressed with the support from Khushbu. Another agent couldn’t resolve my issue and even suggested uninstalling the app, but she fixed everything quickly and efficiently. She also solved a problem with shipping charges not applying. Excellent support and app so far!
Give 2 stars because every time that I texted support the answers were so basics, I feel so frustrated every time that I text support. Just talked with a guy Kerim and I need to repeat like 4 times the same question, at the end I decide it to give up. Really looking forward for a replacement, I cannot use it with AB testing apps, never receive support to fully integrated it with intelligems or other apps. My pixel also is not tracking my conversions well because of the way Releasit create the orders. At the beginning was helpful but now is been so bad

You should never feel frustrated or unheard when reaching out for help, and I’m truly sorry that our replies felt basic and that you had to repeat yourself multiple times. That is not the level of support we aim to deliver, and I completely understand why this left you disappointed.

Regarding AB testing and compatibility with tools like Intelligems: AB testing is now fully available as a feature within our app, and we would be more than happy to help you enable it and ensure it works correctly for your store. I’m sorry that this wasn’t communicated clearly before, and that you didn’t receive the support needed to take advantage of it.
As for the tracking issues with your pixel, these situations can be complex due to how Shopify processes COD orders and triggers events, but it is still our responsibility to help you navigate this and find the best setup or workarounds. I’m sorry you didn’t receive the level of guidance you needed.
