I have been using Relish AI for my shopify store for about a year now and so far it has been great. The team at Relish AI are super active and responsive and have supported a lot in the process of setting up app and getting issues fixed.

I love using this app! It has definitely helped lighten our customer service load as a lot of the questions are automatically answered with this app. The support is outstanding!
