We've been using it for years to allow customers to edit their addresses before shipping. It's really useful for pro-orders, but also when customers make mistakes during checkout. It saves a lot of time for customer support.
This is a great resource for our customer service team and has helped us reduce the amount of order management tickets! Helps save time for our team internally and allows the customer more control over their orders. Great app!
