This used to be a good app but it seems dead now. I was a happy customer for many years and loved their swift support. But then they got taken over and support completely disappeared. Needed their help to transfer my account to Shopify: nothing for 2 weeks, reminded them numerous times, still no response. Do they even still exist? Who knows. Would not recommend.
I used Remarkety on Yahoo ecommerce before migrating to Shopify for fairyglen.com . Remarkety is very similar to Klavio at a fraction of the cost. In some areas it's better than Klavio. The support you get is excellent. The features are awesome. Bottom line they help us stay connected to our customers via e-mail and it's by far our highest ROI marketing channel. I'd recommend Remarketing to anyone who wants to build a relation with their customer base. Seriously, this is the company you want to work with.
