I didn't want to leave a review like this but if it doesn't work, then what's the point. I wasted time and emails back and forth trying to get the cart to remember it on devices/on my PC but it never remembers anything. I tried what they suggested but no luck. Also the response on emails to resolve this was really slow. I am happy to revert my feedback if they fix this issue and email me about it with an actual resolution. I'm only using a Shopify theme, so it shouldn't be broken like this. For now I will try other apps to see if I get the same result...

Great app for customers and it is great for when they leave the website and come back on another device the cart has still got their items.

Super Easy setup. Right after setup it gave info abt how many were abandoned cart !! Lets see how it goes !

it would be nice if you would allow me to install the app and see how it works before you require that I review your product. I hope that it works better than the first impression your pop up has left with me.

For the moment I installed the application on my shop and after a test I see that did not work, I do not know if it comes from me or not, I will modify the opinion when it will work.

I just installed the app and hopefully, it works just as described.
Once installed it didn't work from the get-go, but I read you need to leave a review first, so let's see if that does the trick.
