How to Get Started:

  • Install the Rendr Delivery App for your Shopify store

  • If on the Shopify Basic plan, reach out to Shopify to have the CarrierService enabled so that the Rendr plugin can display real-time delivery rates on checkout?

  • Your Rendr Implementation partner will provide you with a Tenant ID, Client ID & Client Secret

  • Enable Webhook Details

  • Enable Custom Shipping Rates

  • Start delivering with Rendr!

  • Make sure you have all the relevant tags provided to you by your Rendr Implementation Partner to manage which products, shipping options and days you offer delivery to your customers.

For some time we were looking for an easy way to allow our customers to purchase our products online and pay to have it delivered to them quickly. We discovered Rendr and it has been a total game changer. During lockdown it allowed our customers to get their order faster when our other carrier was experiencing lengthy delays. Heading into the Christmas period everyone wants their orders quicker so I anticipate Rendr will allow our customers to have their orders on time.
