IzyRent: Rentals & Bookings

The best app I have - not only is it flawless in its operation for rentals, their customer service has been helping me with multiple requests even outside of their app. 11/10 !!

We use the IzyRent app on our website so people can rent equipment on their own, with no need for paperwork. It works really well and has a lot of features that we need in order to customize. Would highly recommend for equipment rentals! A+

I ran into a "problem" (user error, on my behalf). I requested support for the IzyRent app and within 30 minutes I was greeted with a friendly message that solved my issue immediately. I'm so happy they did, because this app is fantastic and ahead of the others available on Shopify. So many useful features.
I then asked if they could add a feature to their app. They said they will work on it and get back to me once they do. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE (I hope this doesn't prompt too many requests for innovation haha)
I asked who I was talking to, and I was happy to hear it was the developer of the app personally. It is such a privilege to have the developer also being the assistant and so readily available.
All I can say is this person is amazing. Thank you on behalf of all the Shopify community.

I experienced some issues on my theme, and their customer service was very quick and helped me debug and figure out what caused the issue. It was with another app, but they still helped with solutions and guidance.

Very happy. This app enables me to open up a new revenue stream for my business, one with a lot of growth potential.
I am a bit of a dinosaur and although the app is easy to set up, I needed it to be right for my particular needs. The develepor was responsive and helpful and worked with me get everything as I wanted. 10 out of 10.

I've been using this app for almost a year now for my speaker rental website. Great compatibility with the shopify workflow, premium look & feel, and instant customer service! Cannot recommend it highly enough for any rental business out there!

We've tried other scheduling apps but nothing compares to IzyRents. I'm honestly astonished at how quickly their support responds to requests and just how easy they are to work with. I asked for some minor color customization and had it done within minutes. Absolutely fantastic!

Edit: I had an issue with bookings and got immediate help. They patiently helped me find the issue and I couldn't be happier with the support I've received.
