shopify kee charging after uninstalled. No refund!! So , be careful with this app. Shopify bill and charge you, but the app is not part of shopify. If you have any problem with the charges, you need to go to RepAi, they don't fix and send you again to Shopify... At the end, no one is responsible for the charges, and you lose your money.

Our service is a Shopify app, and cancellations can be completed through Shopify. When you uninstall our app directly through Shopify, the subscription is automatically terminated, and no further charges are applied. If the subscription is not canceled before the next cycle starts, Shopify automatically charges you. We've reviewed your case, and it appears that's what happened and why you were charged for our services.
While Shopify made the charges in accordance with its policy, your satisfaction is our top priority, and our team is always happy to go the extra mile and help. First of all, the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the app didn’t impress me much. Several training sessions were necessary to get the app on track, and I still noticed incorrect communication between the app and my customers. Another negative point is the price. Depending on the size of your shop, it can become a significant monthly expense. After the trial period, the app counted one sale, but when I checked the details in my backend, it was doubtful that this single sale came through this app.
ZERO transparency ! After installing the app, it takes you to their website and there you got prices starting from $299/ month ! That's not even close to $29 / month how they advertise here. BIG RED FLAG !

Our pricing page clearly states that the different plans are based on the number of visitors to your website. Unfortunately, because of the number of monthly sessions to your store, you did not qualify for the smallest plan.
