Definitely a great free tool to use. Gives you the ability to see what your customers are doing. Great app.
I am a new brand, and I do my own development. This app really helped me understand some of the pain points by seeing patterns of where customers where leaving the store and I am able to action and test new things quickly. I think it’s a must have to be honest
I am a new online boutique store and a friend recommended Popcorn Replay to me so that I can track the traffic coming to my website. I am so impressed. This really gives me an idea of how many people are visiting my site and how much more or less marketing needs to be done on my part. Awesome app and the best part is, ITS FREE!!!!!

I was charged for three months and was never able to access over 2,000 recordings! This app isn't worth it .

Since it was installed, we have not received any support ticket or email by your account. Our team is available to help through a live chat and email. We will be happy to solve any issues as they arise.
Please note the app billing plan was *manually* activated by the store admin on March 23rd, 2023.
As any other Shopify app billing charge - it is visible in plain sight inside each and every Shopify monthly invoice, under the "Apps" section.
A charge will be automatically deactivated once the app is uninstalled.

I recommend to install and use! The history record of the visit is just super! You see everything that the customer does in your store and draw conclusions!

This app was super easy to install. I like how I can see my customer's progression through my site. I sometimes wish the 0 second hits didn't record because the limit is 500 recordings and it uses a lot of them, but at the same time it can be helpful to see if a particular product from my facebook or from email marketing is what drove them from the site. For a free app the insights I get are amazing!
