Popcorn Replay Customer Visits

I downloaded this app to give me better insight on my customers experience on my website. This app is AMAZING. It’s so cool being able to see how my customers engage with my website.

I like being able to see what my customers do on our website. It helps to possibly figure out why carts are abandoned.

Very very very good app, definitely records many if not all the live sessions. The feedback provided by this recording has already led to us making several changes to the template and store. This is a must have app!

Really just awesome free app. Highly recommend to get a picture of what your customers are doing. Just seeing a high visit count can sound good but in a lot of cases these are just bots or other things that leave within a few seconds.

Great app that is reasonably priced and does the job of recording sessions well. Easy to delete old recordings.
