Really cool app to help you solver problems with your store online. Thanks for making a free plan available I appreciate that
I just installed this app and so far so good. I can not really say more at this point in time. it is easy to install, I did a test run and it it recorded my session. I uninstalled Nope, I already un installed it. It recorded my own visits, I don't need that. There's is no way to turning it off, not that I could find any without asking for help. I am to busy, to do that. That app is not for me.
You can avoid recording your own visits by excluding your specific IP, inside the settings tab. We record store admin sessions to make it easier for merchants to test the app during trial period.
Simple to install and works like a charm. Just like watching over the shoulder of your customer while they interact with your site. I'm always skeptical of free apps but this one delivers - super impressed.
So easy to install and perfect for me to find out how my customers behave on my store. I’m hoping to achieve less abandoned checkouts so this app may give me some insight. Well done!

So insightful! I love watching customers interact with my site so I can spot problems and opportunities. I wish there was a paid version (as long as it isn't too much) to have unlimited recordings!
Thanks for the awesome review 🙌 there's no limit - you can record as many sessions as you want. Simply delete old recordings and keep recording. We enable recordings in 500 session batches to be able to serve as many stores as possible and avoid overloads. Cheers to spotting those new opportunities!

Works as intended! Easy and quick to use and shows you exactly what visitors to your site have been clicking or searching for.
To be able to see where your customers go on your store is really powerful, where they pause what they read before hopefully making a purchase is great, we are now tailoring our store with more content that our customers enjoy and getting rid of some of the stuff they seem to skip over.

Easy to install and use! I thought the app would just give me a list breakdown of customers' actions but it will literally replay the screen (only including my website) of the customer's experience! Data this app provides for FREE is incredible.
its amazing, the app is really good, really shocked to what it can be done, would give it 100 stars, if possible
it works! Will test for more sessions. gives a good idea of customer behavior. and to see if there are any issues.
