Another pleasant surprise was that it doesn't just record sessions as they happen, but it also shows where returning visitors are coming from!!! Wowzers~! I never would have known, otherwise!!! A visitor recording app that does what it says perfectly and is FREE? I thought it was too good to be true and possibly have some limitations but I am proven wrong! The app is wonderful - setup is seamless, shows replays perfectly and has enough filters for store events. What more can one ask for? Heatmaps maybe! :P
