This app is truly great, and unbelievable that it is free. I love the simplicity but I find it to be very helpful for understanding how customers are using my site, and how to change it to improve their experience. I do wish I could filter by length of session, so I can see only people who spent at least 10 seconds on the site, or only those that Added to Cart, etc. But hard to complain with such a good, free app.

Used it for one day but I already like what I see.

A friend told me about this app and I got it set up today! So far so good. It's definitely good to see in your customers eyes why they are leaving the site. I did notice not every visit was tracked, but I noticed shopify was having some issues so I'll wait before reporting on that.

Simple to see what's happening on my website without complicated or unsupported code snippets. Highly recommend for the beginner.

Looks great so far

Definitely the coolest app that we have integrated. It allows you to literally watch a recording of the customer browsing website. A great tool to learn patterns that may need improvement. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone that may see a lot of hits without conversion.

Great App. Does the job and its free. To developers, I wish it has more features -- look at lucky orange for example. But, certainly worth it for the price (free) -- assuming there is no privacy issue to this, for both us and our customers. We inform our customer in the privacy section to be transparent and prevent us from breaking any laws.
