A must have app to know what exactly users are doing on your website and correct it if you are getting a lot of traffic but no sales. A rough estimate is 3% of total unique is converted int sales and if you put the correct tools and interjections it can be lifted to 7-8%

The app provides feedback on how the customer used the website and how much time they spent. It was very easy to install and use. It will be nice to see the duration spent on the site also instead of whole minutes
