Replay Live is great at showing me exact customer shopping journeys and are always rapidly updating with brand new sessions. I try to watch and learn from every single session they provide me!

Great app, very easy to install. The other great feature is that it is completely free. You can watch recordings of the people in your store and even watch it in a quick motion, which is great. The only downside is that you can't watch live the people in your store.
I can definitely recommend it.

I used this app to understand my customer journey in my online store . The app tell me exactly what my customers are searching for and where i need to focus to improve my customer experience. I wish i found this app before, but Am happy that i found it finally and that too for Free, What else can i ask for

awesome app, first of all it is free. not the mention it allows us to view how the user nav our website to see if they actually utilize the function.
also this app does not slow down the site or anything. it's amazing!!
