I'm going to put a 4 star here for now because i've only tested it on myself, but when ig et visitors and stuff i will come back to either improve or lower my review..... Also could a developer tell me if it slows down your site a bit? not bothered if it does just want to know, thank you!

Very useful during Black Friday, we tweaked a few exit points. Only two suggestions 1. the replay is rather small, had to enlarge to 200-250% to see it on laptop and even then couldn't see detail or elements would appear inverted/ upside down, due to being enlarged? 2. Would be useful to have IP address of visitors or a way of detecting screenshot action, one visitor spent 45 minutes dawdling up and down and across the All Products collection page.

The app is good and can record but the videos do no appear instantly after someone visits your store. Having quicker access to the videos faster can help me make adjustments to my ads or store which could result in more sales and less money spent on non converting ads.
