I have been using this app to analyze the behavior of our customers. I have been able to see which pages receive more visits in order to improve certain pages, or to completely remove them due to a lack of visits. It is really effective, even though may not be a 100% accurate, it is the most helpful app I use

Pretty convenient plugin for ascertaining where customers go on the website and where the most attention is given and, equally important, see what might cause a customer to leave the site.

This is just amazing, when I first installed it I thought the recording will be shown as text, but it is actually video!

Replay Live is great at showing me exact customer shopping journeys and are always rapidly updating with brand new sessions. I try to watch and learn from every single session they provide me!

Great app, very easy to install. The other great feature is that it is completely free. You can watch recordings of the people in your store and even watch it in a quick motion, which is great. The only downside is that you can't watch live the people in your store.
I can definitely recommend it.

I used this app to understand my customer journey in my online store . The app tell me exactly what my customers are searching for and where i need to focus to improve my customer experience. I wish i found this app before, but Am happy that i found it finally and that too for Free, What else can i ask for
