good application, i tried it, easy to install, but when you have more than 1 store, it's a little bit difficult to install

great app! the app helps with know how your visitors well. and its easy to use it happy to find out about this app. definitely recommend it work but too quick when you replay the recoding

Overall seems good, but I've noticed it slower the Page Load Speed a freaking lot, which affects the auction on Facebook and lower your conversion.

The mobile load speed decrease by 25%.

It would be good to have a turn off button for only mobile. But for now - do not recommend using it for long periods of time, especially when you're advertising on FB

This app is quite useful. I can understand my customers better ; however , i m afraid this app will make my site slow so i m thinking if i need to remove it , thanks.

viewing is good and i really enjoyed how it let me watched live and showed me a recording of the process of my customers
