Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

I used the app to help track visitors to see what i can do to improve the sites i make. This helps me see what the users are doing and where the problems occur. The only thing is that idk if its the replays that glitch sometimes or the actual site having a issue.

This app shows me where persons are logging in from and what they are doing looking for on my page. I am still observing it though.

for a free app this is amazing, love the fact that I can see what the customer sees and I can find the weak points of our site. Do wish they had a paid version for more than 10k sessions in a month.

This app helped me to understad customers behaviour analysis of my customers and I can change to reach customers and convert more.

The application is great.
and it's totally free compared to Hotjar.
It is very, very complete.
However, to be in legislative force, the site numbers must be blurred.

I just started using this and so far, so good. I do notice some of the videos recording are much shorter in duration on what it says in the duration & date column of the report.

Great app. No setup required and worked out of the box. Now I can be the FBI Agent watching people through the screen. Just kidding.
