great replay of customer visits. really does what is expected. and is free, what else could you ask for

I'm genuinely surprised to see how it tracks customer behavior. There takes the mystery out of the question "what are customers doing on the site?"

still a little confused but I'm sure i'll figure out and from what I saw, it literally gives a replay of the session which is great.

This is a great app, we can observe our customer behavior and find our website remaining issue. From there we can totally improve our website performance
