The app is not working effectively anymore, please can anyone from the developer team give us some help

I would definitely recommend using this app. It saves time from trying to figure out why you're getting traffic and no sales.

very good and easy to use. A very important app to know what the customers want to do on the web site and increase the efficiency.

I used the app to analyze what visitors do and which apps are used and what is not really necessary, improved shop speed and re arrange links

I love most things about this app but wish it gave more information like what search terms they used on what search engine or site to find us. That type of info would be very helpful. Love this app. Customer service is also very attentive. I sent one message and got multiple follow ups until it was resolved.

Just downloaded. Will see how it goes . Hopefully can track what people are doing on my store to improve my site. Can only see the one session that I went on but not showing session of others.
