Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

Great to be able to see what my customers are looking at in my store. The app runs a little slow and always defaults to 2x speed. Itd be nice to default to 1x.

it's good, but it doesn't show the checkout page while the customer is finishing the purchase

So we can't know why the customer left the products

Looks good but I've not been using it for long. I'll come back and update where necessary - so far I like it.

UPDATE.
The app is good but we're aware that it doesn't capture ALL activity on the website! (noticeable missing activity when a customer has placed an order and no corresponding video to connect, so sometimes it's there and other times not). To ensure all activity is collected and reliable, we use Storeview as a backup.

Read all the different kind of reviews, also from competitors. Just installed it, and eager to see it working with real customers. I think that today I 'll skip Netflix and place my Sofa in front of the computer to review all the recordings ! I believe it will be very useful

Solid software, used proved. It records with the option to skip idle time is amazing starts working immediately watch 2 recording in the first 30 second after added gives truly unique incite that is missed just looking at the customer graphs.

This is a good app to watch how my visitors interact on the site. However, it doe snot show me more than a few sessions which is very annoying. I think it deletes the sessions.

I barely installed it 18 hours ago. Seems like a great tool so far. Looking forward to using it. ***

love the replays! great way to see what the customers are shopping for. overall great app. will definitely recommend.

This app really helps me get an understanding of my customer's journey while on my site. Looking back on the replays there are some actions that dont get played back but all-in-all i'm happy with the app.

Really good app. It's been really helpful to be able to see what our sites users have been doing hhh
