This software has malicious deductions. I originally chose a package of $29/month, but I was charged $249 in one month. The relevant page does not explain how these extra fees are deducted, nor how the excess is deducted, and the money is deducted privately. After I asked about the situation, they just said they didn't know and were willing to refund the points for future use. After this, who would dare to use this plugin? I asked for a refund for the extra fees, but the customer service no longer responded. The latest reply said that the fees have been refunded, but after checking, only $29 was refunded, and the $249 was not refunded at all. They only made false comments to cover up their mistakes!

They changed the interface and now you have to accept the paid plan to be able to installed it. Even if it is written FREE at the shopify store.
After they say you can change on the app. But you are still obbliged to agree on the paid plan otherwise you cannot access the platform. Be aware if you are installing it.
For me it is just an scammy act and they call it marketing. I hope this commentary changes something because I don't think it is a good approuch to customers. Please just be transparent at first on Shopify App Store.
I am still waiting for my refund that they say they cannot find it.

I started a free trial, which I canceled, however they charged me anyway. I have been asking for a refund for 2 weeks and every time I contact them they tell me to wait without any solution.
Hello! When you install the app, you'll start with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan, not the paid version. You can see how many days are left in your trial at the top of every page in the app.
If you decide the Pro plan isn’t for you, you can switch to the Free plan anytime before the trial ends, and you won’t be charged.
There is an issue with the refund process from shopify's end. We informed them when reached out to us. They will manually processing the refund. :)
Be carefull this is a cost-trap if you don't take care. It's only a free 7 days trial and after they can charge you up to $999,00 a month depenting on the usage!
To use or test it you have to willing in to this directly after installation!
Would not recommend to install or test this.

You don’t give your clients any opportunity to try the app before asking them to subscribe to a paid plan right from the start. No thanks, we find more value in other apps than in yours.

Got charged even though app was supposed to be free and now waiting for a respond for a refund since I didn't even use this app and got charged before even the month has finished

Just installed it and loving the app so far. Would love to see the heatmap as well. That would have been 5-stars! Edit; just changed my review to 1 stars. Suddenly the app is no longer free to use and I have to pay to use it with an (up to) $999 USD charge a month.... Haven't received any communication from them about this change and just got prompted to update the app and approve these charges. Really disappointing as I was quite happy with this app. Atleast have your existing users be grandfathered in or something...
This app is extremely hard to love. It requires users to do a lot of things to use. I followed but still could not use it, Very time consuming
