It's great, it shows you exactly how people shop your store. You can get a better understanding about what works on your website or not. It's easy to use Replay Live. You just click away and it starts. It really isn't that complicating.
This is really a great app. It helps provide details and puts a visual to your store insights. This is the best app so far that I've used.
I love this app! Use it to see what customers are looking at on my site, what's in the cart-since I don't have that feature on the shopify basic plan. Also, I was able to see a customer send me a message-that I never received! Found it in my JUNK MAIL folder! THAT turned into a BIG SALE! Kudos to Better Replay/Replay Live for offering such an amazing app for FREE for the little guys! :)
Really good app. was able to see my customers and their behavior on the store live! Extremely happy about adding this and recommend it to everybody who has a shopify store.

I used this app to help me identify why I have consistent traffic to my site and a small number of people adding items to their cart, but I'm not converting any of these visitors into customers.
Highly recommend you download this app! It helps me review and analyse the online store, and the cs is very good.
