perfect app so far, would make a much bigger difference when IP addresses of customers provided as well, because with that information you can actually block some unwanted IP addresses visiting your website and prevent fraud.

replay live looks like it will help me to understand what my customers like the most of and will help me to understantd what they dont like.

Very useful app. I should figure out now if that my visitors are leaving my page too soon or recording stops to fast.

Wow, I honestly never knew this existed and I am happy I found it. I get to view my store through my customers' eyes, It gives me an idea on what I need to fix to better the experience.
