Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

I messaged their LiveChat 3 times asking about Heatmap issues for a week, but never got a response. The screen monitoring sometimes does sometimes freeze.

i used this app to help me have an overview on customers likes and dislikes at the website, but it has suddenly stopped working.

Update: The app has stopped working correctly unfortunately. Has lots of promise but no longer records sessions. Sent a support ticket and never heard back.

Seems great so far, can't beat free! Easy installation and recordings are great quality. Will update review with further thoughts

Great app! I can see what my customers are looking at on my store. It has helped me understand why my customers aren't buying.

This app is great. I can't believe we're getting such valuable information for free. It sure will help us to better understand our users and improve the site's UX.

So far so good, I haven't had a chance to fully use it thoroughly but it seems to have potential compared to some.

Loved it! There are a few functionalities that I wish this has, but it is free so can't complain.
it is good for starters.
