amazing! I love how you can view what your customer is viewing! It is very helpful to see how they see your website. I wish I had installed this sooner!
Nice app. First replay that I watched showed me something that I can improve on my website. Looking forward for new features and auto suggestions based on people actions.
cool app gets the job done wish it would have a way to do the heat map on it though or show you patterns within all your replays without having to go through them yourself.
I like it. You can actually see the process of the customer. It helps us to see where they get stuck. So far pretty good!
