A bit confusing at the beginning because couldn't find where to find what customers are seeing.
But now I got it.
You get the see a replay VIDEO of the customers journey on your site.

Customer service is good. Free Plan provides many features to start. It would be better if pricing plans are more clearly described.

I'm using this app to see if it's going as well as it promises, we'll know in a while If you don't record, I'll have to uninstall it.

I loved that it didn't slow my store at all and provided me with very useful info about my visitors and hopefully help me to convert them better.
