Still waiting on the catch... it seems too good to be true. I've used other similar software, before, but they have all seemed clunky or limited in some way. So far, this app has been easy & quick to set up.

Hi there - we apologize for your recent experience with Replay. We limit the recordings for stores with high traffic to help distribute the sessions across the month. However, this is something we can modify on a case-by-case basis.

This is great, you can really pinpoint why people aren't staying on your site! Having that is a great way to fix any issues and see what people look at the most!
This app is a must-have to understand the user experience in the store. It is very easy to use. Just add the app and you're ready to see recordings! No need to touch the code.

Sorry, but I think should be there more explanation about the action we could possibly take based on customer behaviour. It's recording my own visits and my admin's visit and it makes the list enormous ( it should not happen as we are all day working on the website in and out) I do not believe its recording properly as I have sales from customers from abroad and did not appear there at all. It could be great but still, there are room for lots of improvement. Did not do anything to my business.I wish I could be leaving a great review but...
