I really love this app, it really helps a lot to improve the UI and UX, i use that with Google Analytics.

I believe this one is the best one out there for your money, especially for new and upcoming businesses, it has a free plan and scales with your "amount of unique visitors" and that is awesome.

Cons:
- Ill edit when i got something
