This app is pretty cool so far. I am excited to see my store through the customer's eye to enhance my business decisions.

Wowzers.... installed this in less than 30 seconds, enabled it - you could move that toggle down so it is more obvious but was super quick. already spotted my mistake on buyaflag.co.uk website and will be changing tomorrow.
This app should come already installed on shopify.
After 3 mins installation would def recommend!!!

seems to work well for now. Just tried it myself by going on my website and using it quickly. Replay got instantly downloaded on the app.

Did a record test, and it got my location almost correct, but i could see all that was happening on the website.
Let´s see what i can learn about my future customers with this app. For now it works. Thank you.

Mo was the person that helped verify my site and get 100 extra sessions free, he was friendly and very helpful, thank you for the friendly customer service.

Cut me off at 1329 sessions, not 5000. Not sure why, but if thats the case it's not much help.
Otherwise not bad.

For those who say it doesn't help, I disagree. It showed exactly what my customers are looking at , but more importantly what they are not looking at.
Pay attention to what they are doing - we learned a lot.
