Bautiful app works perfectly and i m also getting better customer experience also improving my website too

This app is beyond amazing. It helps me figure out how to better design my store and determine cart abandonments

I will be using this app to view how customers interact with my site. I am still in the testing phase.

You can only see your last 10-15 visits, no replay history. It's only useful if you sitting there all day and watch it "live". Unfortunately there is no support either, no one reply since weeks. I sent 4-5 messages to multiple email addresses they provided. Sad, becasue this could be a great app

This is great ! Though It can't scan the check-out page / payment page. And ,the app has only 1 page for all visit videos.

Very useful to see what's going on and what work you have to do. So you can continuously update your page to the needs of your customers.

Very Easy to Install. Would like more data on the recordings and cant wait to see what the heat maps generate.

1star. Even though its free, it has a lot of issues
- stopped working until support reinstalled it and didn't really give a satisfactory response
- nowadays it records maybe 1% of of visits to the site and for no reason skips the others; Support never responded to the second ticket i sent.

Excellent App, Try using them for to see your website through the eyes of your vistiors, Good Technology , Would Recommend
