Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

Very good app. Simple user interface and easy to use. The only downside is I have an email marketing app which has a live view for website visitors, not as detailed though. If I check a customer's activity on Better Replay, it will show on the email marketing app as the same customer visits my website again. Will recommend though. It seems like a great app for being FREE! The only thing I could say is I do enjoy Lucky Orange's chat function. It has helped us land sales! Besides that, this app does what I need for our other brand new website!

I like the way the video shows, you gen see everything I enjoy to check every nigth what happens in the day. Good

Great app to see how the customer interact with your site to help you improve it next time

Help me to spot some error on my site and was able to resolve it for the next customer

Would be more helpful if it can have the option to ignore certain IP (the owner) and also the option to ignore event (by time for example - session that is less than 1 min, etc)

Installation was OK, first run is also OK, waiting to see real customers and how to get better results.

It is okay, just installed it but still can not estimate this app. It is said on the app that you need to spend around 30 seconds on the app to see the website record and it looks bad
