This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.

Really solid app. We used the free version for some time, but it was so good we decided to upgrade. It's worth it. You'll learn really useful things from watching the recordings that will help you know where to improve your site.

This app gave me such valuable insight into how customers navigate my store. I could see exactly where they paused or got confused, which helped me make smart improvements right away.
