Works GREAT! If your site is getting traffic then THIS is the next step for you. see how your customers behave and where your site can be improved. I watched one customer click my TOS provided in my theme and it didn't work, they immediately left my shop. I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN WITHOUT THIS APP!
4 stars because the app keeps defaulting to an old date for vids and I can't see the new ones without contacting them first. The second time this has happened. They are fast with email responses and very pleasant. did not notice much of a drop in website speed.

We have been using this for a couple weeks and so far so good with one minor issue, location isn't always accurate but that could be because of browser settings.

I use this app to view where customers are focusing their attention at. I would like to see email info so that way I get a better understanding if my competitors are viewing my page.

This is a great way to study your page. I do not like how there is a limit to how much traffic is recorded.. regardless, still a useful tool

I use this app to gain insights on how my customers shop on my site. I like how it offers fast forward feature in the video. It'd be nice if it offers heat map to see which product or page is the most popular. It also has glitches from time to time.
