I love Report Pundit because it enables us to segregate the payout amounts according to the registers. Also, their customer service is incredible!

The customer service is phenomenal. I had no idea how to make the reports I needed and this just takes all the guess work and confusion out of it. Customer service is 10/10. App is great, has so much detailed reporting that saves upgrading Shopify store and spending unnecessary money. Also reports some exceptional data that Xero can’t provide. A perfect integration for my store

Best reporting app ever. They helped me a lot in setup custom reports. They let me save hours and hours of manual work!

I used the app to create a report needed to easily determine my sales tax numbers to be able to enter them in on the online websites we used to report and pay our sales tax. After playing with it a few minutes, wow, I found a ton of reports that can be scheduled and email to me for better analysis of my business. And when I could quite get the report the exact way I wanted, I simply emailed/chat with one of the reps and they either update the report or created a new one for me. And best part, the report was given to me in minutes/hours not days. GREAT APP!!!

I was struggling with sales tax since some states require you to do it by county rather than the whole state, which Shopify does not show in their reports. The staff at Report Pundit were very helpful and accommodating when it came to assisting me with making custom reports for those county sales. Even though I hired an accountant to file my taxes for me, this definitely took a huge weight off my and their shoulders so we wouldn’t have to go through every individual sale! I definitely recommend this app for anyone that was struggling with the same issues as I was. This was definitely the cheapest and easiest alternative as well.
