Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Very solid app. Quick chat response if you need help. Only limitation is when using it for inventory reports, it can be off or lag behind but overall is great.

We use Report Pundit regularly to report out data that we use in many different ways in our business. The interface is easy to use and 99% of the time we can figure out how to build the report we need. However the 1% is where Report Pundit really shines; the support staff is almost always available immediately via chat to help us when we need it and build a custom report for us in literally minutes. Love this app.

Pulls all your data from Shopify and allows you to create pretty much any report you can imagine. Even things like metafield data which Shopify does not pull into its native reports. Also the customer service is top shelf. They are always quick to assist with any help in putting together custom reports. Highly recommend this app if you want a no fuss reporting add on.

Report Pundit making all our reporting needs - especially as related to reports needed with Shopify POS - very easy. We have yet to find a report they *couldn't* help with. Game changer for small business owners who already spend too much time on admin, especially if not using a SAAS accounting package. Superb value, superb customer support via their chat app (no robots) and email. Very patient people who sorted out some fiddly issues for me. Most times with apps or services getting help is challenging, not with ReportPundit. Really appreciate the ability to pull reports for sales through the paypal gateway, and the number of differing options for reports. Highly, highly recommend.

This app simplifies many of the canned shopify, Stripe and Paypal reports but also adds so many more that would be such a chore to put together yourself. IGreat customer service. Always only, real human and always helpful.

We have had great results using Report Pundit to create our reports. Between the library of already created reports and the ability to change them to provide what we are looking for we haven't had any problem getting the info we need. The staff has been very helpful with questions and reports that are more detailed than we can create ourselves.

Also very much appreciate being able to schedule reports to be updated and sent to our email when we need them. Saves the time waiting for reports to populate.

This app allows to extract from your store almost any data that you may think of.
The support team is necessary for certain specific cases, but they are very efficient.
After being a user of Data Export for several years, and now this one that is similar but more advanced, we still see it as very recomendable.
