This App was recommended by Shopify Support when I was trying to develop a custom report. I installed the App and was quickly impressed by how easy it is to use and develop custom reports. I was, however, unable to add a custom field and reached out to Report Pundit Support via chat. Within minutes they had added the required field to my saved report and shared the Know-how with me. I am impressed with the tool and the level of service.
I got sick of struggling with Easy Reports, so I tried Report Pundit. Nice and clean, lots of options. I had a couple of issues, so I hit the Live Chat. I got a real human, not a bot, who understood my problem, and FIXED IT. Just like that. Including making custom columns for me. Subscribing now. Highly recommend.
The customer service person, Vinith, is very helpful, who solved all my possible problems. Truly exceeded my expectation on any online support.
Wanted to like it - but nothing worked. Reports didn't return correct data. I'm glad it works for the other reviewers, but it didn't work at all for me.

Recently, the endpoint for the "Order Count" & "Total Spent" fields was moved from the Order to Customer endpoint in Shopify API. Our technical team has fixed the issue.

Something that was complicated and time consuming now takes minutes using this app. This was recommended for inventory and reporting on products and it really helps with that. Takes a little while to sync and explore the different settings etc. but it ultimately made life so much easier. Incredibly useful and highly recommended, especially for Shopify Basic plans. Thank you!
