Still waiting for them to add images to my reports but there is a limitation on stores with product that have more than 5500 products, really hoping they can get that working. I was going to wait to write the review but they have been fantastic to work with so far. They have been able to accomplish everything else I have asked for. Very responsive team. I would recommend.

This app is incredible and provides exactly the reports you need, especially if you can't get the information you need from your Shopify reports! This is a must have if your store is multi-currency or your store's base currency is different to your local currency. It will use the correct historical exchange rate and convert the numbers to your local currency. Support has been amazing as well, and a special thanks to Vinith who patiently walked me through the steps to create my own custom report. He even customised my report to make it perfect for me and was so quick and efficient! This app makes the dreaded tax time and reporting so much easier!

I was looking for a custom reporting tool that could be used exactly as per my need. This app is exactly what I wanted. The onboarding video is great and on top of that the support is commendable, I received help within minutes and despite multiple requests to make changes, they did it all and here I am with a 5 Star Review.

Finally an app that offers reports that can be easily adapted to my particular needs. Dealing with technology is not my particular talent, so I appreciate being able to access a live tech support person anytime I need assistance. Especially if the business end of business is your challenge I recommend Report Pundit. Well worth the small price.

Very useful app. Sometimes Shopify becomes very limited in getting custom reports but Report Pundit has a lot of options to accomplish that report you need.
The price is good and the customer service is amazing!

We love this app. There is no better one on the market to pool all our stores data in one spot. Their customer support has been stellar through the whole process. They're quick to respond and help in any way possible. Keep up the great work!

Good thus far. We found Shopify's own reporting for the PRO plan quite lacking but Report Pundit appears to have what we need(although we still need to figure out why Shopify itself doesn't have a featre to distinguish between AMEX and other card payments). We had an issue pulling through the data for card payments so contacted Report Pundit's customer support and they sorted it right away. Very helpful.

Wonderful app. So many reports are already built in, plus the ability to customize your own. I had questions about how to create a specific report and the CS is extremely helpful and quick to respond. This app is exactly what I was looking for and is very affordable for everything it offers!

Report Pundit is really good. There is only a small to medium learning curve involved. Whilst there are some aspects that feel like they could have more user control, I think it's a necessary design choice by the developers to keep users from unintentionally breaking the app, and probably some limitations in the API. Any day of the week this is a solid 3-4 star app. However, their customer support is unparalleled. They are quick to respond and quick to action. They are clear and concise. If what you want CAN'T be done, it is indicated clearly and alternatives are proposed. If what you want CAN be done, they do it. And they do it very quickly. A refreshing change to submitting support threads that go unread and un-responded to for hours or days at a time. Absolute best-in-class service!
