Getting the data you need and understanding the app functionality isn't without challenges, but the live chat and follow up support is incredibly helpful and has helped me resolve every issue I've come across. I had been analysing source data from various Payment channels trying to match the amounts entering our Accounting Software Sales Account, literally over the entire last week without success. Turned to Report Pundit and Amal provided a Report combining the Sales, Payment & transfer dates per Sales Order data. Our remote conversations lasted 15 minutes in total, after which he provided THE report. Turned my day around completely! Being able to provide the Transfer date, which is not available in Shopify reports, was the key to solving the reconciliation. Strongly recommend Report Pundit to save you time on customized reports
