Report Pundit: Custom Reports

I used this app to filter customer and sales reports by tags associated with each customer. I had questions about the implementation and the viewing capabilities and Shawn helped me with the information I needed and created a report completely free - All within 2 minutes of me starting the chat.

I used this app to create a sales report for one particular discount code and in the middle of trying to figure it out I had a chat window pop up with live support (and it was late at night) and Dominic offered to create the report I was looking for free and it was done in less than 10 minutes!!
