Report Pundit : Custom Reports

Much needed in depth reporting compared to what Shopify offers out of the box. Pruthvi from the support team was able to help me build out a custom report that we needed. 10/10 app and support team!

Report Pundit not only haver insightful reports and metrics out of the box, but the customer service team is extremely quick and helpful with helping with any customisations. Mnauwel in particular has been extremely helpful. 5 stars.

Report Pundit is a great app. Probably one of the best, if not the best. You can configure all sorts of report you need for your store. The best part is their customer service. I've been in the Ecommerce space since 2013, and I have never experienced this level of customer service.

Their team is great, every single one of them. They are always available to support me when I reach out through their chat support. They help me with whatever report configuration I need. I believe they have an amazing company culture because it shows how each of their team members interact with a client like me. They're my kind of people. I used this app to help me build a number of custom reports for our finance and shipping departments. Always amazing customer support. The team is willing to help you build a custom report any time you need it. Often, I build a report that almost does what I need and the team is able to tweak it via the built in chat. Highly recommended.
