I don't very often give a 5 star rating but this app thoroughly deserves it. The functionality is excellent and one of the best reporting tools I have comes across. The customer support from James and Deljo has been first rate. Overnight (I am based in NZ) they have created custom reports for me that have worked first time. I am stoked with this app and the support provided by the customer support team.

This App has been so helpful. Specifically, I needed to export our product IDs and a tag from Shopify, and the built-in reports with Shopify couldn't pull that data together. This app is amazing. Not only is there a comprehensive list of pre-built reports, the custom report builder is brilliant. But even better, support is extremely fast and able to help you create your own reports and even customise them with things like excel-style calculations. We wanted a new column which was the % of the total sales a product type in the report was and they created it and added it to our custom report practically straight away. Considering the very low monthly cost of this app compared to the absolute rip-off so many apps are in the Shopify store, i strongly encourage everyone to check this out. The 14 day free trial lets you try everything and support will work with you to customise reports even on the trial. Highly recommended.
