Great tool to have for daily reporting needs as well as data exporting to other systems. Lot of good things to discuss and few of them are:
1. On the fly reporting with custom fields.
2. Scheduling report with multiple output types including Big Query etc.
3. Support is great and very responsive.
4. Pricing is reasonable.
5. Huge library of reports to choose from as a starting point.

I am still learning how to use all of the features in Report Pundit, however the support available has been incredible. Dominic was able to help me create a custom report for my needs and saved it right to my reports folder for me! Saved me time and frustration and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. We install Report Pundit on every Shopify site that we launch. The product allows for custom reports to be emailed to interested parties on schedule. If I ever need help with creating a report or a question about the product, the Report Pundit staff is always available on chat to provide support with minutes. Highly recommend this product.

We started using it a few days ago. It's amazing! Support is the best I've received so far from any app provider, period. Fast turn around on a custom report pulling in custom order field data. Support is second to none! Fast response times all hours of the day or late at night. There are so many reports and the flexibility you have from a reporting standing point is the best I've used and seen on the Shopify Platform. I'd give them more stars if I could!

This app has been super helpful to gather further insights for our Shopify store than Shopify currently offers! It is easy to use, has tons of pre-made reports already at your fingertips and has a customer service chat available if you need support. I recently had a question on how to create a specific report for my store so I reached out to the chat and within minutes Yash created the report I needed and sent it right back to me - it was so simple & extremely helpful.

This app is incredible and provides exactly the reports you need, especially if you can't get the information you need from your Shopify reports! This is a must have if your store is multi-currency or your store's base currency is different to your local currency. It will use the correct historical exchange rate and convert the numbers to your local currency. Support has been amazing as well, and a special thanks to Vinith who patiently walked me through the steps to create my own custom report. He even customised my report to make it perfect for me and was so quick and efficient! This app makes the dreaded tax time and reporting so much easier!

So far so good! I needed help setting up a couple reports and got great response! I'll update my review after we've used them a little longer.

The support team for this app is the best we've ever encountered. Hands down. Having some fairly intricate reporting needs, this app can not only do the heavy lifting, it can truly be fine tuned to fit your needs.

We use Report Pundit for 2 of our stores and it is great. Easy to use and customer service is great. Asked if they could add something and they did it within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Report Pundit has already proven to be invaluable and we're not even out of the trial period! We have a huge array of SKUs and we manufacture a portion of those ourselves. It is critical that we be able to manage our manufacturing schedule in a way that makes our processes more efficient without spending a ton of money on software for small manufacturers - which are really better suited to manufacturers who are further along than we are.

We love Shopify, but the report capability at the mid-level of their subscription range isn't optimal. Report Pundit fills that gap perfectly. But, even better is the developer's responsiveness. I can only hope this developer continues on as the owner/operator of the company as his attention to customer inquiries is excellent. Definitely worth your money to get this app!!
