Report Pundit: Custom Reports

This app is awesome! The flexibility and simplicity of the app allows shop owners to generate all kinds of reports super fast. But what really sets it apart is the customer service. They are always super responsive and helpful. The pricing is also super reasonable as well. Would recommend this app for any Shopify store.

Our company has five different websites each with different brands and priorities. Report Pundit has provided a simple way to access data that sometimes takes longer via the native Shopify report functionality. Report Pundit support is also spectacular, with quickly responding agents willing to build any custom report you need quickly on the spot free of charge. Great app, recommend with for anyone with specific custom reporting needs.

Report Pundit bridges the gaps in Shopify’s native reporting, offering the kind of insights that really should be built into the platform. It uncovers key metrics often buried in Shopify’s default analytics and lets you combine them with data from other platforms to create clean, aggregated reports.

The platform gives you far more flexibility to segment and analyze your data—pulling together metrics that would normally require multiple exports into a single, automated report. And when I’ve needed help building custom reports, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to get more out of their Shopify data.

We needed to be able to have reports in the other currency for our store, instead of just the Shopify default of USD. Report Pundit allows reporting in CAD as well. The on-line chat help (today was Nandha) has been helpful in figuring out some finer details for the reports in terms of formatting and getting calculated columns. So far, after having this app for only a few weeks, it's been very helpful.

A useful, flexible tool with good customer service. We mainly use it to schedule reports, and it has helped us improve our reporting.

Been using this app for 3.5 years. While functional, be careful on billing. They charged us almost 1.5 years for features that were not agreed to. Then have the smugness to respond "well you should have looked more carefully" Not something you want to hear when supporting this app for since 2021. Happy to see the native shopify analytics and reporting become more sophisticated with custom features now.

We use this app all the time for enhanced reporting from our Shopify store. The customer service/support is top-notch, oftentimes solving our requests for report upgrades/customizations via chat within a few minutes. The tool is very user-friendly and intuitive.

This app is a game changer. We do a lot of custom report pulls and while Shopify is lacking, this app fills in all the holes. Their support is excellent and always quick to help and the customization is amazing. Definitely worth using.

When my client began using Shopify the canned reports were not giving us the Sales information we needed in an organized fashion. We have now been able to work with the Report Pundit Staff to create the first three reports that will change the game in being able to evaluate Sales. We will be back! Also, the ability to export the reports in an excel so we can print out the reports and not be at our computers in meetings is a great feature.

We needed a custom report making which we couldn't figure out quite how to do it ourselves - we gave Akash a list of requirements and why we needed this data.

What was presented was 99% exactly what we asked for - after one amendment it was perfect.

I couldn't recommend this app and the support team enough. Get this now if you want detailed reporting from your Shopify data.
