Report Pundit: Custom Reports

This is the first reporting app that actually delivers reports quickly and with more information than we actually need. The support team has been awesome and created custom reports/schedules for us that allow us to fully automate our reporting. I wish I would have found this app 2 years ago.

Very good so far! Helping get me reports we have long missed using shopify, such as AR aging. Customer support has been very responsive. I do wish some of the reports we were looking for were pre built, as I've had to do a lot of troubleshooting back and forth to get AR and Deferred Revenue reports built properly. Overall, would recommend.

This app is perfect. It helped me compile tax information for a specific country that I couldn’t have done on my own. The support chat is fast and always helpful. 10 stars out of 5!

Absolutely would recommend Report Pundit to everyone who uses Shopify! I have found Shopify reporting inadequate for my specific needs and have found Report Pundit to be an invaluable asset. My account manager Richard has been an absolute super star in creating custom reports for me and have very much appreciated all of his hard work.

This is a really easy to use, intuitive, responsive app. I was able to replicate a custom report that we have from another app and shave off half the manipulation steps we were doing each week with even looking at any training material for Report Pundit. This is the data tool business analysts have been dreaming about since the 90s.

Really poor service. We spent many hours building a report exactly how we needed it and it came through daily. About 10 days ago it just stopped sending when we didn't change anything at our end. There is nobody at Report Pundit that is helping to fix it. 10 days on and we still can't do any of our reporting. The Shopify reporting has improved recently so we are going to have to look at using that. I wouldn't recommend using Report Pundit.

Yup, Report Pundit is the real deal. I asked Support if I could add a calculated custom field to a report, and Dan in support did it for me, right then and there, at 11pm Pacific. I highly recommend this app!

Great app. I use it every month to sort out our royalty accounting for our merch.
