Really poor service. We spent many hours building a report exactly how we needed it and it came through daily. About 10 days ago it just stopped sending when we didn't change anything at our end. There is nobody at Report Pundit that is helping to fix it. 10 days on and we still can't do any of our reporting. The Shopify reporting has improved recently so we are going to have to look at using that. I wouldn't recommend using Report Pundit.
Report Pundit offers a wealth of features designed to meet the reporting needs of any project. Its intuitive, easy-to-use platform allows you to create custom reports effortlessly. If you ever need assistance, their responsive customer service team is just a chat away. In fact, I had them tailor a report for me four times to ensure it was exactly what I needed, and each time they were quick and helpful. EDIT.
After further looking at the customer reports that were given to me, Report Pundit is terrible. The reports are never correct and cause so much time and pain to fix. DO NOT USE THEM
App Is nice, Support is nice, Data Quality is terrible bad. :(
Support is non-existent.. a full week has gone by with multiple emails being ignored. UTM reports were loaded with duplicates and they were unable to help me figure out a solution.
Hello, There are 2 types of UTM reports - detailed and summary. The detailed report includes the order number which will show UTM parameters for each order and they are not duplicates.
According to our email logs, we had one chat conversation with you. We also sent 3 follow-up emails on July 20, 23, and 28.

Wanted to like it - but nothing worked. Reports didn't return correct data. I'm glad it works for the other reviewers, but it didn't work at all for me.

Recently, the endpoint for the "Order Count" & "Total Spent" fields was moved from the Order to Customer endpoint in Shopify API. Our technical team has fixed the issue.
